Ingredients
3 cups cooked and diced chicken breast
1 cup chopped Granny Smith apples
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped & peeled celery
1/2 sliced avocado
1/2 head butterleaf lettuce
2/3 cup mayonnaise, find recipe HERE
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients except lettuce, and serve on the lettuce bed. Can be served slightly warm or cold.
