Ingredients
12 hard-boiled free range eggs
1/2 lb. turkey breakfast sausage (ML) or pork breakfast sausage (Paleo)
1 egg white beaten with 1 tsp. water
Almond meal for dredging
Hollandaise sauce, recipe HERE
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Shape turkey breakfast sausage around egg and dip in beaten egg white. Roll in almond meal and place on parchment lined baking sheet. Bake in oven for 20 mins. Serve with Hollandaise sauce.
