Ingredients
2 fillets of cooked salmon, flaked
1/2 cup mayonnaise, recipe HERE
2 eggs beaten
1/2 tsp garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper
pinch of salt
2 tablespoons minced green peppers
2 tablespoons minced red peppers
2 tablespoons minced shallots or yellow onions
2 tablespoons coconut flour
2 tablespoons of coconut milk
Coconut oil, for frying.
Hollandaise sauce, recipe HERE
Instructions
Pre-heat oven to 350. Combine all ingredients and form pyramids of each salmon cake. Fry in oil until just browned. Place in oven baking dish and bake in oven for another 12 mins. Serve with hollandaise sauce.
