Ingredients
1 cup pecans, lightly chopped
2 tbsp melted butter
4 eggs
3/4 tsp powdered stevia
1 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup Jack Daniels No.7 (this is optional but it gives a smoky flavor to the filling)
1 pecan crust, recipe HERE
Instructions
Blend eggs for filling with butter and stevia. Add vanilla and Jack Daniels (if using) and stir, then fold in the pecans. Fill crust with filling and bake at 350 degrees for 35 mins. Check for doneness and if still watery continue baking for another 10 mins. Place on a cooling rack until ready to serve.
