Ingredients
1 cup raw heavy cream
2 tbsp. buttermilk
Instructions
In a bowl, incorporate the buttermilk into the cream. Lay a kitchen towel atop the bowl and keep fastened with a rubberband. Leave in a warmer part of the house for 12-24 hours, until thickened slightly. Place in the fridge. Shelf life: 1 week.
