Ingredients
1 lb of cremini mushrooms and any others that you like
3 tbsp coconut oil
2 tbsp garbanzo bean flour or coconut flour
2 tbsp butter
2 cups chicken stock
¼ cup coconut milk
3 tbsp cream
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp dry sherry or cognac
salt and pepper
Instructions
Clean, slice and fry mushrooms in coconut oil in sauce pan until mushrooms brown a little. Add garbanzo bean flour and cook for 2 mins. Add chicken stock and stir it until it's all mixed and starts to thicken. Add cream, sherry, coconut milk and worcestershire sauce. After that thickens add butter and stir. Salt and pepper to taste.
