Ingredients
2 cups washed raw cranberries
2 skinned and cored tart granny smith apples
1 large whole seedless orange, cut into sections with peel
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp ground pepper
1-2 tsp powdered stevia
1 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
Instructions
Grind fruit ingredients in a food processor to a very rough consistency. (You only want to process for a few seconds or so.) Add spices and stevia and blend in yogurt. Hand mix well and refrigerate until ready to serve. This dish is better if made days ahead so flavors can meld together.
