Coconut Cream Icing

Ingredients
2 tbsp heavy cream
pinch of salt
1 tsp coconut extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 sticks of butter, softened
1/4 cup coconut cream (thick cream on top of canned coconut milk)
3 tsp powdered stevia
Instructions
Stir the cream, extracts, and salt together until the salt dissolves.
In a separate large bowl, beat the butter and coconut cream with an electric mixer at medium-high speed until smooth. Add the stevia, then beat in cream mixture. Increase speed to medium-high and beat until the mixture is light and fluffy, 4-6 minutes.
