Our Story
A Century of Home
Built in 1900, Miss Dot's is one of Salisbury's enduring treasures. This home has sheltered the same family since at least the 1920s — a living piece of the neighborhood's story, rooted in the kind of deep belonging that only comes with time.
"She didn't just live here — she was the heart of this block."
The home takes its name from its beloved owner, Miss Dot, who grew up within these very walls and has called this address home her entire life. For generations, she has been the kind of person a family orbits around: a steady presence, a warm table, and a door that was always open. Hers is a life measured not in milestones, but in people cared for and memories made.
We are honored stewards of that legacy. Everything we've done to restore and modernize Miss Dot's has been guided by one question: What would make her proud?
